Too Many Users in Classic Property Management!

So once in a while Yardi Classic likes to bounce people from getting into the popular property management database. This can be especially annoying if you are logging in as the administrator and thus feel like you have more privilege, that you are special and should be treated accordingly.

KGSR Sunday Morning

One of my favorite new KGSR shows is “KGSR Sunday Morning” with Jody Denberg. It’s on right after Jazz Traxx at 9AM Central and runs through till noon. Grab a cup of coffee and spread out the newspaper and turn up KGSR Sunday Morning. It’s worth a listen. At KGSR.COM. Click Listen Live on the right. It’s a show full of cool tech as well.

iphone has its first killer app

Throw away your PSP………close those DS’s, the Apple iphone/touch has its first next generation game that puts all of the current wireless and for that matter portable game systems to shame.

The revolution comes in the form of the cute as all get out ROLANDOs. Tasked to rescue the adorable balls from certain death and save the day, you will use touch, multi-touch and tilt control to guide your motley crew of cute as a button balls to their goal without loosing them to the many obstacles and pitfalls that litter every level.

Backwoods.com launch!

We quietly launched backwoods.com, an outdoor apparel retailer on Monday after a couple of months of work.  Backwoods has always been an exclusive portal to adventure.  They are known as the place to find experts on everything adventurous.  Expanded website includes online shopping,CEO blog and a social network for outdoor adventurers.

My personally favorite feature is the UPS ground shipping estimate module we wrote for Shopsite.  This Shopsite module estimates the ground shipping time based on the shipping zipcode.  Very cool considering I’ve opted to upgrade shipping at other stores to 3 day only to learn the product shipped from within my UPS zone!

Retro Cool Site: Zombo.com

One of my favorite old sites is Zombo.com.  You can do anything at Zombo-com.  It’s circa 1999, an exciting time in Internet history and zombo-com was an awesome welcome to the Internet.
